Internet Connection LAN / Ethernet required; Wi-Fi is acceptable only for backup internet
Workspace Dedicated noise-free workspace
Headset Wired USB headset

Verify Your System Setup

Is your Internet speed at least 50 Mbps for both download and upload?
Are you connected to the internet via Ethernet (a wired connection) or Wi-Fi?
Do you have a dedicated noise-free workspace?
